In some cases, a participant will receive the Personal Health Report in the mail and will immediately begin making changes to improve their health. For most people, however, it takes a little more. That is where the education portion of the program comes into play.
ProHealth Works staff will present relevant education sessions on a variety of topics right at the worksite. In addition to quality, research-based content, these education sessions also serve as a powerful motivational tool to encourage participants to make positive lifestyle changes.
Because ProHealth Works is backed by the resources of the complete ProHealth Care system, we can provide education by certified health education specialists, nurses, therapists, doctors and others from throughout the hospital system.
The Health Risk Assessment package includes four 30-minute education sessions.
Participants receive motivation to improve their health and the means to achieve their goals; a winning combination.
