Patient & Family Advisory Council

Oconomowoc Memorial's Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) was formed in 2006 to oversee the implementation of Partnership with Patients at the hospital. Our patients, their families, and our community are the best sources of advice and guidance as we continue to enhance and improve our services and facilities to continuously improve patient outcomes. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our community, and the PFAC is just one of the ways we ensure we are doing so.
