The Center provides comprehensive testing and evaluation by a multidisciplinary team of geriatric specialists. Care focuses on health problems and concerns of seniors with special emphasis on memory loss and other mental health concerns. 

Because older adults have different health care concerns and needs, the Senior Health Center at Waukesha Memorial Hospital offers an Evaluation Service. In one appointment, a team of medical experts who specialize in caring for seniors will assess various health concerns, including:

  • Daily living activities, such as bathing/dressing
  • Mobility and home care needs
  • Medications
  • Memory loss
  • Mood changes
  • Driving and safety concerns 
  • Nutrition and exercise
  • Variety of psychosocial or behavioral issues

Cost information

Testing and evaluation services are covered by Medicare Part B and may be covered by supplemental insurance.

The Senior Health Center is conveniently located in Suite 508 of the Professional Office Building, which is adjacent to Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
