PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY: “When you commit to a weight-loss program that encompasses lifestyle changes as opposed to just weight loss, all areas in your life are affected in positive ways. It is my goal to help individuals develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Traditional diets are based on deprivation. In the Inside Out program, we work with you so you understand what  your true nourishment needs are for mind, body and spirit. It is my belief that you better achieve these desired results through a practice of curiosity and compassion toward self.  We move to a healthier self one experience at a time."
